Hello Sir,i Have Problem With Coughf From 1 Year .when

hello sir,i have problem with coughf from 1 year .when iam talking continuous r when i take big breath and loud talking the coughf accoring . I have no fever ,no headeck..etc it is like a elargy in my throught and when iam bending down some time clear water come out.
