Hello Sir,i Have Ulcer And Constipation Resulted In Anal Fissure

hello sir,i have ulcer and constipation resulted in anal fissure since 6 months..i take softstools as suggested by an gynecologist in my town but i was'nt cured and only if i take laxative i m able to pass stool freely neither my fissure healed despite of taking a week's medication of gastronomist and the sucralose suspension syrup he gave dint help my bowels move freely also the rooticool iontment besides this my abdomen pains so much before i pass stool for past months but now the pain is constant i could'nt eat anything and if i take even little spic food it burns and even soft diet like curd rice gives slight burning i have stopped softstools since 2 days and using cremadiet powder prescribed by a known doctor here..but i m scared whether this also would cause any side effect ..please help me
