Hello! So These Past Few Days (about 7) I Have

hello! so these past few days (about 7) i have been so nauseous, my mouth is watering, my poop is loose and i honestly cannot take it anymore. There are moments I can eat and I'm fine, but the next second I feel so sick. I have not thrown up, so do you think it is a mild case of a stomach bug? If it is (or whatever it is) how long will it take to go away?
