Hello There I Have Been Sick In The Morning For

hello there i have been sick in the morning for a very long time and it seems to be getting worse i was up at 10am yesterday and was still sick and 8pm i just cant eat i have to force myself to eat because i am really hungry i can only get about 600 cals a day my stomach feels horrible and i am gagging all day i am a 25y/o male
