Hello There, My Throat Has Seem To Tighten And I

hello there,
my throat has seem to tighten and i have problem swallowing my saliva.
when i lay on my back its even harder.
when i touch the side of my neck (mostly on the left side) it makes a crackling sound, and sometimes makes that sound when i swallow too.
