Hello This Is My First Time That I Fell This.

this is my first time that I fell this. I was at the store and I felt tight my throat and my abdominal, very painful. It feel like somebody tight from inside and press my throat. I burp a few time and it feel release but still I have a light sensation. Also I have a light headache but that it's very common on me.
