Hello . This Is My Problem. I Had A Baby

hello . this is my problem. I had a baby 2 months ago and during my pregnancy I discovered I had a fibroid the size of a grapefruit . since my delivery I have experienced heavy to light bleeding. so my doctor had me do a sonogram to find out why I was still bleeding this was done yesterday . I haven't received the results yet. But today when I had a bowel movement when I was done I wiped myself and on the tissue it was coverd with blood and blood clots at first I thought it was from my vagina because the toilet water was so bloody . what should I do ?
