hello: top of my right leg quadriceps, about 2 inches above my knee. Feels as though there is a tear or something. Fells like its close to the surface.
I try to stretch and message before and after excersize. I play soccer and it limits my ability to kick with power. I have had these symptoms a long time. Always work through it. But Im getting older and its not as easy. Suggestions ?
