Hello, Undergoing Prolonged Beleeding / Periods. Last 2-3 Months No

hello, undergoing prolonged beleeding / periods. last 2-3 months no periods and local doctor gave lutenyl. now bleeding started but continuing since last 5 days and quite heavy. checked again and i was told endometrium hyperplasia. what should i do now ?
