Hello, Was To Dr Yesterday With Pins N Needles At

hello, was to dr yesterday with pins n needles at tje end of my finger tips on right hand. have rt elbow pain on palpation and nothing seems to relieve the 'tingling' sensation. he tried to put me on gabapentin, im not good with any meds, what can i do, would an anti-inflamatory help?
