what does it mean if my nipples are puffy, kinda like inflated, if i push them down they just pop right back up. Like when they get hard (usually when i get out the shower or swimming) but they wont stay hard. Its really embarrassing. Im a 15 year old male with an exceptional muscle tone. Like have pecs but they still wont go away,i thought if i built muscle in my chest that they would go away but they wont
