Hello. When I Use My Neck Pump Due To Three

hello. when i use my neck pump due to three herniated disks to keep them hydrated sometimes it turns on a non sleep mode for two days or so. what nerve am i aggravating and what can i do about it . the only thing that helps is a nerve pill and i hate those
