Hello Wow The Weirdest Thing I Have Ever Exsperianced I

hello wow the weirdest thing I have ever exsperianced I was standing in my kithen cooking when all of a sudden my vision got all blurry and quiet a bit off when I say off it was almost like one side of the room was was higher then the other I don't understand I have execellent eye vision not so much on the spelling and it lasted like for three minutes and it still kind of blurry what could it be I have also had migrane headaces for about 1 year everyday around it really scared me
