Hello, Yesterday And The Day Before I Polyurethaned A Wood

hello, yesterday and the day before i polyurethaned a wood floor with Minwax® Fast-Drying Polyurethane - an oild based poly. the area was Not well ventilated and i was exposed to the fumes for @ 2 hrs each day, a couple of hrs after i finnished on the second day i started to develop what felt like gas pains on the left side of my abdomen and lower back. the pain is acute with deep quick breaths and there is some discomfort in the left lung/chest as well. level of pain and location has not changed in 24 hrs. poison center advised x-ray. can i wait till tomorrow for x-ray? is there anything i can do myself to ease the discomfort?
