Hello!i Am 26 Year Year Old And 1 Kid Age

hello!i am 26 year year old and 1 kid age of 5 year.i have a moving sensation on my left side of my stomach and somtetimes on top of belly moves like a baby but i am not pregnant.i had done 5 times pregnancy test and all is negative.i feel heavy on my left side.please advice
