Hello,i Have Got Few Questions To Be Answered. Since Last

hello,i have got few questions to be answered. Since last 4-5 days.i could see dark brown,brown and sometimes red stringy discharge while urinating or sometimes on my pants.Although its not regular,may be 1-2 times a day.My menstural date was on 12/5/2016.
So could you please help me out,what could be the reason for this problem.
