Hello,ive Been Having Some Cramping And Bloating In My Stomach

hello,ive been having some cramping and bloating in my stomach for about a week.also i take medication called ddavp or desmopressin for diabetes insypodus. i have also been urinating alot more the ddavp is supposed to regulate that. could it
possibly be a bladder iisue?
