Hello,my Mother Is 53 By Age,has Thyroid And Primery Level

hello,my mother is 53 by age,has thyroid and primery level diabities,she dosent take medicine for diabeties,but having 50 mg thyro for thyroid,now problem is she feels once or twice in a week as she is on 0 level energy in body her feets and hands gets colder,chest pain and fast heart beat, she feels as its her last time of life,it had happend 1 or 2 times in 6 months,before two years but now she feels same twice even in a day,we are nt getting what problem it is,we changed more than 4 or 5 doctor within this period, we examined her CT SCAN,MRI BRAIN,MRI NECKECO HEART,(report says normal)EVERY MONTH DIABETIES AND CHOLOESTROL (SHE HAS MINOR CHOLOESTROL APROX 216 DR SAYS ITS NOT PROBLEMATIC,FULL ABORDEM (WITH REPORT FATTY LEVER ONLY) We are tired to take medicine to her we just wanna to know what type of problem of it n yes her blood pressure highest beet is 140 upper till yet ....problem is as it is
please suggest Who 's type specialist Dr can help her although we have consulted with Neurologist 2 months,normal physician till 6 months,heart specialist in Delhi
