Hello,since The Past Three Days I Have Been Having Abnormal

hello,since the past three days i have been having abnormal fast heart rate and shortness of breath but i found out it was due to the caster oil i took.But i still feel the breath shortness and if i worry about t to much i start to hyperventilate,now i cant sleep right now
