Hello....sir...i Have Dark Skin Around Tip Of Pennis...little Part Have

hello....sir...i have dark skin around tip of pennis...little part have pink color.....i want to make whole tip of pennis pink...i think its pigement problem...when i was child...ant had bite on it and therefore did not open cover skin of my pennis for more than 2 year....after operation that skin was opened...after that most part of my pink tip appear black...i want to remove that black pigement.
