Helo Doctor Im Miss My Period For 1 And Half

helo doctor im miss my period for 1 and half months and my next date period will on 26,27,28 but i have test the urine morning and evening its shoes negative and have consult doctor by scan but no any symtoms of preganancy, doctor give my next appoinmet on 27 to re scan back. Along the months i feel vomiting, stoamch bloted, tired and cant take some food also.. i feel so wierd and dono weather im pregenant or not. will u advise on this. thank u
