Helo Doctor, Pls Note My Sone Aged 2.5 Yrs Was

helo doctor, pls note my sone aged 2.5 yrs was having normal loose and somewhat hard and loose motion from last 2 days and whenever he eats something, after 5 minutes he haves pressure for motion and loose and sticky brown motion is released and from yesteday evening onwards he has tempertaure in forehead, hands and legs and we gave him paracetamol syrup and still the temperature is there and his motion is also smae without any change. pls advise his problem and medicine
