Here Is My Problem, I Had Been On Depression Medication

here is my problem, I had been on depression medication for a year and a half, during this time orgasm became difficult. while having an orgasm one night I squeezed the orgasm out harder than normal trying to ejaculate, at the end of the ejaculation it felt like something inside the prostate broke and I immediately lost my erection and any pleasure sensation inside my penis. I now find it hard to get an erection and it feels like the ejaculation muscles aren't working, it just seems to fall out of my penis. whenever I have a full bladder or an orgasm the sensation is felt only towards the end of the penis and not within me. I have been off depression medication for years. I also constantly feel slightly sore inside around my prostate bladder area. I have had a PSA test and prostate check all was fine. can you help? when I say I squeezed to hard I am referring to the orgasm muscle function. I have seen a doctor and have been referred for an ultrasound of the bladder area. I an 45 and in very healthy shape.
