Here Lately Ive Been Feeling Weak And Shaky And My

here lately Ive been feeling weak and shaky and my heart is beating differently, im only 22 What could be wrong? i do drink energy drinks every day. i think that could be it, but not sure. also diabetes run on Both sides of my family but i got checked for that 3 years ago when i was pregnant. i did not have it. What could be wrong?
