Hey, I Am A 23 Year Old Sexually Active Female

hey, I am a 23 year old sexually active female who has ben with my boyfriend for 4 years. I used to douche everyday with detol bar soap and a week before my last period noticed significant dryness and itch so I stopped using the soap. A few days after my period ended I had symptoms of a yeast infection and used vitamin E cream to sooth the itching and what not. A few days later I notice dryness in my vagina and when I went to examine I saw a paper cut like mark on my perineum. It bleed every time that area became dry. I placed some Vaseline on it and now it does not feel like anything.
