Hey I Have Been Treated For Chlamydia About 2 Months

hey I have been treated for chlamydia about 2 months ago, the doctor gave me a shot In my bum and gave me four pills to take. After I left the clinic i had no symptoms for about a month but I've started to realize that i still have discharge and my vagina seems to be irritated and red. Sometimes it even burns and itches. I have a girlfriend and we have been sexually active before and after my treatment and she went to a doctor but her results came back negative for everything. Im just so concerned, please help
