Hey I Have Noticed A Change In My Sperm Is

hey I have noticed a change in my sperm is seen more fluid and less this also it not white it’s more of a misty colour it’s probably been ike this for about 6-8 weeks I did have some pain/discomfort about 8-10 weeks ago witch felt like a water infection that cleared up after about 2 weeks and I have been feeling fine ever since but not sure why my sperm has changed
