hey, I masturbated a couple days ago, and my vagina was very very itchy so I itched it and now the inside of my vagina has swollen up and it is 10x more itchy I can't even walk, even when I lie down without moving my vagina itches so bad I can't take it anymore, so I put some face cream this morning and some polysporin and now after my shower I checked in the mirror to see how my vagina looks at the moment and a found a few clumps of whitish yellowish stuff, how do I cure this because I can't take the itching any longer
