Hey, I've Been Suffering From Constipation Since About 2-3 Months

hey, I've been suffering from constipation since about 2-3 months ,and now a recent problem has appeared in addition to constipation which is ; yellowish orange mucus discharge from anus opening, so I'm asking about the underlying cause of this symptom and if the problem is related to infection, intestinal bleeding, digestive disorder or whatever the cause is.
