Hey Doc, I've Got 2 Wisdom Teeth My Dentist Wants

hey doc, i've got 2 wisdom teeth my dentist wants to keep intact and in my jawline, as i have several normal teeth that need to come out along my bottom back jaw, and the wisdom tooth on the top left is already partially out. I was just wondering if there was any way I can make the process of the remaining wisdom teeth coming in faster in any way, as I want to spend as little time as possible with missing teeth.
