Hey Doctor Im Kurt 19years Old I Have A Problem

hey doctor im kurt 19years old i have a problem i spit blood 1month ago almost everyday but just first thbing when i wake up after that and after end my day i spit normaly but now i have a cold and a cought now it's getting worse because because just a mild blood but now too many blood and it's very red. please help me.
