Hey I Had Hymenoplasty Before 2 Months N A Stutch

hey i had hymenoplasty before 2 months n a stutch fall off .. ma surgeon told that he ll restich it n i did it again before 8 days he said he had to redo the procedure as other stitches were loose n again i saw a stutch on 8 day .. what does that mean n what should i do now?? i m really worried
