Hey, I Have Crohns And Fibro So I Use Medicinal

hey, i have crohns and fibro so i use medicinal cannabis with high CBD levels to help my inflammation and pain. tomorrow i have a colonoscopy at 8:45AM and i was wondering if i should avoid smoking today/tonight? i wouldn't want tot smoke right before the procedure but doing bowel prep tonight and being pain free would be nice, just want to make sure it is safe!!
