Hey I Just Got Out Of The Hospital And I

hey i just got out of the hospital and i took a at home pregnancy test a month ago i wasnt pregnant i took a pregnancy test yesterday i was pregnant when i got the results at the hospital they said there was a small gestational sac but no fetal pole does that mean im to early in my pregnancy or am i still carrying im so confused.
