Hey, I Started The Pill (logynon) On Tuesday The First

hey, i started the pill (logynon) on tuesday the first day of my period. earlier that day i took one amoxcilin tablet that i had been prescriped for a chest infection. i haven't taken it since. i heard that it effects the effectivness of the pill and I'm wondering when i should be full protected by the pill as a birth control again??
