Hey, I Went Away This Weekend And My Friend Picked

hey, i went away this weekend and my friend picked me up above my head and dropped me onto my back by accident and ive been in alot of pain since, no bruising has shown up and i have von willie brands disease, so with how hard i hit the floor im sure i should have had a bruise and with the amount of pain im in. ive been taking co-codamol but its stil constantly aching and when i move in certain positions i have shooting pains in a particular spot on my lower back, is his normal? or should i be concerned?
