Hey I Went To An Amusement Park Yesterday And Got

hey i went to an amusement park yesterday and got a really bad sunburn on my nose. i took a shower just a few minutes ago and afterwards i took some toilet paper and got it wet and lightly rubbed the dead skin off of my nose and then my nose started to bleed a bit. what should i do? why did this happen?
