Hey... Its Weird, For Two Day A I Have Been

hey... its weird, for two day a I have been having this weir feeling in my head and face... it feels like a constant head rush, also like my head is beating, and at some point like if at the same time my face inflates like a baloon really quickly and then goes back to normal... what could it be?
