Hey My Husband Has Bug In His Ear Looks Like

hey my husband has bug in his ear looks like a hard shell one and we already use oil to kill and water to flush we also done the peroxide flush I can see the bug and touch it with tweeziers but were its so big and hard I cant remove it what should we do next because he wont go to the doctor?
