Hey, The Other Day I Was At Work And Collapsed(fainted),

hey, the other day i was at work and collapsed(fainted), and on the way down i knocked my head on the counter, got my neck caught on a metal bar and then banged my head again. now 3 days later im still feeling light headed, have a bad headache, get shortness of breath, getting pains in my tummy and feel sick before and after eating food. is this normal?
