Hey There It Keeps On Feeling If There Is Something

hey there it keeps on feeling if there is something stuck in my throught i have bumps At the back of my toungh and on the left side at the back im really worried tried everything sometimes it wil go away if i swallow hard but than it return quickly hope u wil make something out please help
