Hey...i Took A Pregnency Test Using The Pregnency Home Tool

hey...i took a pregnency test using the pregnency home tool kid. I checked twice and it was positive both time. Its been 17 days since i missed my period. However, i also took I pill within 72hr of sex. can it be that i'm pregnent. Also i have an upset stomach. I feel like i'll throw up but i dont.
