Hi - I Was Reaching Into My Deep Freezer And

hi - I was reaching into my deep freezer and felt a snap under my breast which was against the edge of the freezer. I have had smaller situations before and the hospital people told me to just take it easy as there is no treatment for sprained or broken ribs - just less activity. Should I be worried?
