Hi - Im 40 And Have Ha Few Small Bumps

hi - im 40 and have ha few small bumps on underside of my tongue - one seems to get aggravated lately by my teeth and seems slightly harder. it went away and then came back - i also have anxiety issues and get nervous about mouth issues. i have seen a doctor and dentist about it and have been told im ok - is it normal to have these types of flare ups? it looks a little like it is a small bubble now - I have a phobia about mouth cancer
