Hi 52 Female No Kids On Warfarin But Very Heavy

hi 52 female no kids on warfarin but very heavy periods also exacerbated by fibroids (which i know about bc the radiologist saw them when performing an abdominal scan looking for clots). I am soooo sick of this period that just never stops .. sometimes very heavy, sometimes just enough to be a nuisance. Also urinary frequency exacerbated by fibroids .. is there anything that can be done? i am not in pain i am not sick but just sick and tired of menstruating all the time
