Hi Doc, I Have A Really Bad Chesty Cough And

hi Doc,
I have a really bad chesty cough and when I get into coughing fits I end up peeing my pants or even vomiting I have been to see my GP and he gave me a prescriptions for filmtabs but it doesn't feel like its working I feel like I am getting worse. Is there any thing that I can do to get better
