Hi Doctor..i Use Home Urine Test Strips ,recently Have Felt

hi Doctor..i use home urine test strips ,recently have felt unwell, my urine tests show discolouration on the first level, I have had urine test done at health centre and been told my urine test/s show no negative results ,should I return to health centre and query results of ? could it be possible that slight discolouration could be dismissed/overlooked ?
