Hi Dr. I Have Been Having Pain In My Left

hi Dr. i have been having pain in my left side of my neck it started after having a failed extraction on my last upper molar, which and up by a broken root. i went to see a second dentist who did a root treatment. i still have pain and i have a occipital lymph node and a light cervical spinal pain. what can be the problem? thanks
