Hi, I Am 14 Weeks Post Laminectomy And At L-1

hi, I am 14 weeks post laminectomy and at L-1 & L2 and a disc removle at L-3. about 7 weeks ago I am getting weakness In both legs mainly from the knees down. how can I exercise them with hurting my back further. this is my 6th surgery since 1990? thank you, Dick
