Hi, I Am 19 Weeks Pregnant And I Developed Conjunctivitis

I am 19 weeks pregnant and I developed conjunctivitis which was followed by mild cold and now since 1 week laryngitis. It is not associated with fever. I have dry, barking cough which aggravates at night and when I speak. Is there a chance of the fetus getting affected? Apart from the routine conservative measures like gargling, hot fluids and other home remedies, is there anything else that I could do? I have not taken any antihistaminics or antibiotics?
